The Project

What JS Construction asked for

JS Construction needed a physical model of their 14-floor residential tower for the site office and for investor walkthroughs. We took the architect's CAD drawings, rebuilt them as a print-ready watertight solid, and delivered a sectioned model that lifts apart floor by floor.

The tower was split into four stackable sections with hidden alignment pins, so the sales team can open it up and show the floor plan of any level without a second model. Balcony railings and window mullions were printed separately in resin at 0.03 mm layers and fitted after painting.

We showed the model at our launch event and people spent more time around it than around the brochure table. Lifting the floors apart sold three flats that week.

Architectural model questions

The JS Skyline Residency model was printed at 1:150 scale, standing 412 mm tall on a 280 × 190 mm base plate. We pick the scale from the tower height and the table it has to sit on, so the model reads well from a normal viewing distance.

This one took nine days from approved drawings to delivery. A single-tower presentation model normally runs 7 to 14 days depending on floor count, detail level and painting. Rush builds are possible — tell us the launch date when you ask for a quote.

Yes. Send DWG, DXF, SKP, RVT, IFC, STEP or STL. We repair the geometry, close open surfaces and make it watertight before printing. Conversion and printability checking are free — you only pay for the model itself.

That is exactly what we built for JS Construction. The tower separates into four stackable sections held by hidden pins, so the sales team can lift the top off and show any level. Sectioning is planned before printing so the seams fall on floor lines.

Yes, we ship across India. Every model travels in a padded case inside a double-wall box with foam cradles, and larger builds go with an acrylic dust cover. Tracking is shared the day it leaves the studio.
